Vacation ReCap

So New York was a bunch of fun. We stayed in a bed and breakfast type place in a old victorian in Chelse and were located two blocks from the subway. Me and Char walked and rode the subway the whole time we were here. We went and saw tons of the standard New York spots, Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Ground Zero and Central Park. We also went to the Gugenhiem and some cool little resuraunts and bars. We found a bar in Chelse called The Flip and the theme was you can flip a coin for your drink and if you call it heads or tails right your drink is free. It was a really fun night. The Gugenhiem was under a face lift while we were there so two of the floors were closed but it was an amazing expierience all the same. Cental Park was aweing as well because you wouldnt believe what great shape the whole place is in. I assumed a dirty un kept area of the city but they have done such a great job with the public park. I saw more people cleaning up trash than trash on the ground. Char did some shopping and I looked for a knock off Rolex haha but couldnt find any. Imagine how much they have cleaned up the city if you cant even find a good fake watch.
